Do you mean almost like a mis-fire?

Yes, my van has been doing this occasionally, mostly in 4 th gear like you say

Is this still a problem for you guys? Any solutions? Our van is doing this and it seems to be getting more regular. I think it's also mainly in 4th but will keep an eye on that now.

Hi Gavin.......mine seemed to clear up after a 1000 or so miles. Hasn't done it since.....I've got 7500 on the clock now.

We're at around 3300 miles at the moment and I think it's getting more regular (I'm not the daily driver), will monitor it for a wee while longer but may have to get it to VW
