Here’s mine. Quite pleased with how it turned out.

Should probably give some details☝
150bhp 4motion DSG, media pro, digital cockpit and comfort dash.
Dodo sound deadening and thermal insulation.
Rear LED’s from 12volt Planet,
Projekt twin mono tube alloys lovingly wrapped in 245/65 r17’s -running standard suspension with addition of factory fitted heavy duty rear springs (came with towbar prep).
Seats in leather from The Seat Surguen (supplied as a kit that I fitted myself) 2 front seats took me a good full day to do. A swine of a job!
..My doctor says I should get some if not all of feeling back in my hands within a week or two

That looks lovely, good effort!

Was it Hazzydays who fitted the digital dash?

You know there’s a bit on inertia there- that’s for sure. Overall very good. Not too noisy on the Mway either (but I did go a bit mad with the ole sound deadening).

Believe it or not the digital dash is on the panel van options list here in Ireland.
Our specs. differ from UK quite a bit. Like, ACC is not standard on our highlines but LED head and tail lights are.‍♂
Inertia? Slow? Harder to accelerate?

You feel the extra mass

Well, you can really feel that the van iswearing bigger boots. A bit slower to accelerate and when you turn the steering wheel on the road you feel that extra weight too. Not saying that either of those is a bad thing,
Overall, I’m delighted with them and the feel of the van. Not noticeably noisier either.

hey there @Desmoben . I'm here in Ireland too and I'm looking at getting a 6.1 new. Currently going through the options list. I wonder if you could offer me any advice on some of the options? (actually I was trying to decifer the two options to do with the digital cockpit and it was this thread I stumbled upon)

Going for the digital cockpit requires that you have to upgrade to either discover media or discover media pro -not that big a difference between the two bar hand gesture recognition (which is rubbish) DAB radio (which is also rubbish) and something on the sat Nav.
One of them also forces you to get comfort dash which is not mentioned or priced on the options list ...oh, and there’s also an extra charge for the DAB too .
If you intend to tow with your van -it is defo worth getting towbar prep at least or go for the factory fitted towbar. If you intend changing out the wheels - go for the 17” van I think it’s an €1100 extra but you can sell the OE wheels for near 1000 yourself on the Irish market and you get bigger brakes. I went for the DSG and ACC for convenience and motorway use. Very glad I did.
Also, went for the twin captain seats as I don’t need to carry a 3rd person around - they are all day comfortable vs the bench.
Hope that helps.
If you’re based in the east - give Fran Reid in Western Motors, Drogheda a bell. After dealing with me - he’s well used to advising on what goes with what, what’s possible and what’s not.
