Help with VW Connect App.

Thought I would try to set up the VW Connect APP.

Downloaded the app and gone through the setup to get to this screen:

The menu instructions are a bit different. But this is what I found:


Went into settings:

Then We Connect and Connect Fleet


Then Registration and then input the number given at the bottom of the first screenshot (not shown here) only to get this error message.


Any suggestions?
