Help with front wing

Hi can anyone tell me why the lower part of the front wing and bumper are protruding slightly. Is it just a case of a poorly fitted bumper? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your lights look aftermarket so strong chance the bumper has been taken off at some point. There is a hidden screw in the front wheel liner which can be awkward to get back in sometimes which might throw it out a bit.....

Thanks for the quick reply. Chances are it’s been left out maybe or not fixed properly as you state. It seems like a good place to start looking, cheers
