Help T6.1; Loads of fault Codes unable to clear!

Hi

I recently stripped out the entire cabin, seats & bases, lower dash, factory leisure battery, all the headliner, all plugs from windshield sensors I've also removed the rear bumper and sensors. I did this to carpet line, add new speakers, etc etc.

I had to drive the van to move it slightly while everything was un-plugged, loads of fault codes of course. I have genuine VCDS so I went to clear the codes afterwards once everything has been fitted.

I'm left with some codes I cannot clear see below. Iv tried starting the van, waiting and clearing, on/off etc. I'm sure everything got plugged back in, but most of the rear wiring loom plugs never got unplugged!

Can anyone suggest anywhere I should start looking, I've already start re-stripping and checking all plugs but no luck yet! This is a 2021 VW T6.1 any problems with VCDS unable to clear faults?
 
can you list the faults . . . ? (each module)
 
Start by looking at the actual fault codes in each module.
 
Wow if these still had blink codes you could have a rave to it, I’d hazard a guess if you can’t clear them you’ve got an issue on the communication system as in can bus
 
Yes please see each module listed below. I 99% certain everything went back as should be, I have taken a T6 apart before the same as this van but with no issues after putting everything back!

but what i would do first is a full reset . . . then do each of the above.

Plug under seat is all connected, never even got discounted.

I have done a full reset.

I put the battery on charge when I first saw that one appear.

How do you reset the steering angle sensor?

How do you reset the window pinch protection?

Re: pinch protection reset (b5000r)

roll the window down (holding the switch all the way down), you'll here the motor kick off, release the switch. try to roll the window down again, you'll hear the motor kick on and off real quick. do the same exact thing but when rolling the windows up, should be reset at this point.
 
The new T6.1 you cannot leave the plug unplugged under the drivers seat as it will bring up most of these faults ..

double check you haven’t pinched the wire or any other

the window pinch is easy, press button until it shuts then pull and hold the button for a second or so, do both windows, done

yes 100% plug is all connected, it was never disconnected as you only have to remove the tray from the seat base.

Check your fuses for the abs, did you disconnect the radar camera and switched ignition on ?
 
Ok but you mentioned you stripped the entire cab, seats/bases etc

the first one we had in and stripped came up with similar faults until we replugged it in and drove it into the car park..
 
Sorry, yes but I had refitted everything!

Yeah crazily, a little drive and it must recalibrate everything. Very clever system.

Lots of thing require the steering angle sensor to be calibrated, fortunately a steer to the right then left (as you pull out) normally does it.

Can anyone suggest anywhere I should start looking, I've already start re-stripping and checking all plugs but no luck yet! This is a 2021 VW T6.1 any problems with VCDS unable to clear faults?

Which VCDS interface are you using? I have the HEX-USB+CAN and it doesn't support the T6.1.
Its asking me to upgrade the interface but i'm unsure of which one to buy
