Help Suspension Issues!!

I've had springs replaced in rear on my 2017 T6 camper conversion. I supplied and garage replaced with Vogtland Sport Lowering Springs and it ran fine for couple of months. Now the Driver side rear appears to have collapsed and the tyre is rubbing on arch. I've taken it back to the garage, they have said cannot find anything springs are ok but the driver side tyre is making contact with inside of arch. The garage then said they recommend replacing shocks?? I didn't think shocks will make any difference so I went to get van back. He then said the rubber is split on the top of the spring. IM guessing this will make a difference to height? They are decent lads who have looked after my van and wifes car last few years so not double checking their work but need a quick solution.

I work for myself an use van for commuting so this is not a sustainable situation. IM based in Widnes if anyone can point me in right direction any garages near by taht could help

Any decent garage should be able to figure out what's wrong.

Sounds like you need new top mounts as a minimum, while the springs are out they should compare them for damage, etc.

For the price, I'd be doing to lower mounts as well.

Just the lower mounts or both. What mounts would you recommend? I have seen the upgraded hardened mounts online or just the standard type?

I've no experience of the uprated ones. Other people will hopefully comment on that.
