HELP sliding door won’t shut

Any ideas on what could be wrong with t6 Sliding door just won’t shut.

Is it electric or manual? Check the rail for crud

It’s a manual there’s a spring seems to be broken in the mechanism

Can you buy these from Vw or do you have to buy the handle cables and all.

Many auto parts have the part number moulded into the plastic, worth a look and a google search to confirm.

There is a thread for part numbers on the VIP section but for sliding doors there are no parts listed.
