Help needed with heated seat 🙏🏼

Hi all, urgently need some help if anyone can, I have changed my captain seat and bench for 2 x captain seats from a caravelle, I have fitted them and connected them (see attached)passenger seat works fine with no issues but drivers seat doesn’t seem to work at all, I am now at a loose end…. Seller is adamant the seat worked when he took it out of his vehicle.

Have you tested the continuity of the seat heating elements?
I know the seller is claiming they worked but that would be my first check.
They are prone to failing.
