Help need - noise coming from T6.1 when doing slow manoeuvres whilst braking

Okay, here's in interesting one for all you clever people out there.

I've a 2021 plate California which is standard apart from having CRS private label suspension (think it's there own version of the KW ST's) fitted by the amazing guys at @CRS Performance back in 2022, and I've been loving the ride/comfort/performance blend.

Recently I've developed a strange noise that only occurs once I've driven the van for a period of time, I'm assuming things have become nice and warm by then, and only happens when moving slowly whilst turning the steering wheel and applying the brakes. If I turn the steering wheel whilst going slow without the applying the brakes there is no noise, as soon as you touch the brakes (I'm assuming it applies some sort of pressure / drag) the noise appears. I've tried to take a video so the collective mind can see if they have experienced it and what was the root case and more importantly how to fix it.

You may need to turn the volume up to hear it well, above the sound of my jacket ;)

Now I've done some research, which all seems to point to the top mounts failing, but if this is the case should you not hear the noise all the time, even when cold and and not applying the breaks?? and if it is the top mounts, I've seen some 'VW Transporter T5-T6.1 – Meyle HD – Suspension Top Mount @ Kit/Pair - £99.95', are these an improvement over the standard ones?

Any help/experience the collective can offer would be appreciated, as It's driving me nuts and I would like to have a really good steer before taking it to my local garage, as the 'VW stealer' want £115 just to spend an hour diagnosing it and then I can imaging they'll have lots of expensive parts prices to fix it.

...evening all, anyone got an ideas?

Have you read this thread?
It might, or might not help.

Thanks for the response, Yep have seen however, mine doesn’t make any noises when rocking the van, and only happens after having been driven for around 10 miles or so…then only occurs when slowly moving forward steering braking at the same time 🤷

Put it in for an MOT, anything worth repairing will be found for £45 ish, just allow for not being allowed to drive it away if it’s unsafe.
