We've decided to buy ourselves a camper to make the most of our free time and settled on a Transporter. So the hunt has begun!
Unfortunately, due to the current situation, it appears the rest of the world has had the same idea and prices seem to have gone through the roof. We knew that a Transporter was never going to be the cheapest option, but it's what we want, we like the style and the whole community feel.
Initially we put our budget at £25k for as new a van as possible with as few miles as possible. We obviously have a few must haves like pop top, heating, A/C, FSH. There's also the nice to haves like awning, parking sensors, solar and many more!
It's soon become apparent that it's not going to happen for the money we wanted to spend, so the budget is under review!
So, it's nice to be here and look forward to making use of all your experience.
