T6 Highline heater control problems

It seems that no matter what setting I use, I can't illiminate the flow from the dash vents. This means that Im not getting the full flow from my chosen vents, feet or screen. So before before I get my feet warm Im getting a bit nauseous from the heat on my face.

Look at videos online of people removing the radio. The centre dash vents come out as one piece. You can easily check that nothing has broken inside which might block the vents. If none of the vents work (all four) then you will have to work further back to the fan output. It might be that the arm closing the door to the dash vents has become detached in the close setting.
