Headlights legal

Upgraded my T6 with single headlights H4 bulbs to Phillips +60% and a useful upgrade over the standard .
But is it legal to fit a non matched pair as thinking of fitting a Phillips +200% to the near side and keeping the +60 on the offside . Wanting to maximise the up while minimising the dazzle for oncoming traffic

I think the OP means having a +60 OS and a +200 NS.
Might look odd but maybe not that noticable but I don't think it would fail MOT.

I have a matching pair of the plus 200% and they don’t dazzle people. They’re fully road legal too.
A great upgrade over stock.

It would certainly look odd, to oncoming vehicles, with two different types of bulb. The percentage brightness of these ‘plus’ bulbs is actually measured against the bare minimum legal brightness for a halogen headlamp, not necessarily against the OE bulbs, so on that front it might not make massive difference to the human eye in terms of lumens but the colour temperature of each bulb would stand out I think.

I can’t imagine you’d get pulled over - let’s face it we see cars with all sorts going on (no lights, illegal tints, no number plate) on the road - plenty bigger fish to fry than slightly mismatched headlight bulbs.
