Are these the locking rails and what weight limit?

not locking, weight, no idea but I mounted them flat and they supported a Fridge freezer on a slide-out shelf with no issues..

Thanks for getting back quickly, I need the locking ones as its for building a drawer under parcel shelf to hold all my tools and don't want it sliding back and forth while driving as its a fair amount of tools. Thanks
