Gents.......can anyone advise me on a replacement for the absolute piece of junk Hilka grease gun! Used it a couple of times and it gave up the ghost......took it apart and the internals had sh*t themselves. No point taking it back to screwfix as it was over a year old. I don't mind paying for something decent. :thumbsup:

Every agricultural machinery dealer I've ever been in sells grease guns, you could try this one, not too far from you and they sell a variety of them;
 
Most things Hilka are a bag of shite.
I have an ancient Tecalamit pump action, haven’t used for a while but it doesn’t break.
I thought Tecalamit was finished but a Google search show the brand is still going.
While working offshore I was using Milwaukee electric guns but there were literally thousands of grease points. Not worth the cost in a domestic setting.
Most modern hand pumped grease guns aren’t designed to last, certainly not in daily use.
Maybe ebay for a second hand Tecalamit hand pump job.
