GP Steel Wheels - Wildpeaks and Spacer Stance....

Below is a picture of our T6 T 32 with 17 inch powder coated Gp Steels and 235/65/R 17 Wildpeak tyres on a standard suspension. Don’t have a great deal of Clearance with the wheel calipers and want to make this stance look a bit better so I’ve been looking at hubcentric spacers on the front and rear.

Now I know the rear as standard are tucked in around 10mm more than the fronts and to be able to use the standard wheel bolts, spacers need to be at least 25 mm so what I’m looking for is any images that anyone has of their vans with standard steel wheels and spacers that have maybe 25 mm on the front and 30 mm on the back or 25 mm all round and what that might look like. Can’t decide what to go for.

Also, there must be a reason that the standard VW set up is more tucked in at the back so would evening it out with 30mm on the back and 25mm on the front be detrimental in any way ?

thanks.

I picked up some unused ones from here but have yet to fit mine. I think there’s 4mm difference between the two sets that I grabbed. They’ll be going in mine early in the new year hopefully. Will let you have photos once fitted.

thanks.

Wider front track or rear track has an impact on handling, it's probably that way to reduce understeer or oversteer. Would you ever notice the difference? Probably not.
