I was scrolling through Instagram earlier and saw an add for LED style light bar. The video I saw made them look genuinely good.

Anyway, could this be an option on a budget?

No idea whether this throws up any canbus errors etc, I can’t imagine they would as technically you don’t need to replace any bulbs by the looks of things.

The courtesy light circuit is not monitored by the canbus system so you won't get any errors. The only thing to note is that it needs to be completely water proof if it's outside. As I've recently found out to my cost, a bit of water mixed with road salt and a permanent live on the courtesy circuit will dissolve any soilder joints and copper tracks within a matter of days
