Hi folks,

I have for sale a set of 4 x Genuine VW Davenport Alloy Wheels and tyres (please note only two tyres are decent see below)

They are now surplus to requirements but would make a decent set of winter wheels perhaps. They were fitted to my 2016 T6.0 Transporter T32 which I bought in September 2024.

The wheels are not exactly pristine but not shabby either and the centre caps are also included.

Two of the tyres are badly worn on the edges (these were on the front) but the ones from the rear have plenty of tread on them, measuring 7mm - 8mm across the treads on both.

Wheel Size: 7Jx17 ET56, Tyre Make/Size: Davanti Vantoura 4 Season - 215/60R17C 109/107T

The wheels are located in Sunderland and collection is preferred, however I am willing to deliver for a consideration. I will be be attending the Mighty Dub Fest at Alnwick and the VW Festival at Harewood House and can bring the wheels with me if that helps.

Looking for genuine offers over £400.

Any questions please ask.

All the best

Chris

I'm in the market for something like these and in your area.
However £400 is way too much, sorry. A pristine set with 4 good tyres normally goes for £500 and under on the Forum.
With 2x standard replacement tyres, your looking at a minimum £600 for your set.
Just trying to give you an honest perspective

I'd have to agree, I think you're optimistic with your pricing.

I have a set in the shed with 4 pretty much brand new tyres on. Given that they are a bit scabby, they probably aren't worth selling when you factor in the price of a refurb so I'm just letting them sit there and they are a spare set should I ever need them.

I appreciate its a bit of a trek but City Wheel Refurbishment charge £30 per wheel for powdercoating, tenner for tyre off/on and extra for special colours.

The great thing about Ebay is people either buy it or they don’t, I’ve sold good wheels with average tyres for more than your asking here.
Location is a major factor.
You will struggle to sell them without cleaning them though, 99% of that shite is removable with a bit of elbow grease.
