Genius! Lock Your Swivel Seat

Anyone seen this old clip? Don’t like the cable lock much, but as old Dick Strawbridge suggests a bolt through the seat bases would work! Anyone actually tried it?

Swivel ours and just put the handbrake on will take a thief ages to figure out when they are under pressure and in a rush.
