Fuse Junction Box Questions

Got a fuse junction box from online so I can wire in my usb sockets etc from my leisure battery.

Few questions.

Does the negative from the fuse box go to the leisure battery or to the chassis?

Also what amp rating of cable will I need for the main positive and negative that will be safe to run all the bits through it.

You can use either for the negative. For cable lengths under 5 metres use 6 mm cable fused at 30 amps. If you have the 12 way fuse box with two inputs you will need to have two supply cables or bridge the terminals. If you are running heavy loads from your fuse box it is probably better to run two supply cables and spread the loads.

Thanks guys. I did it all last night and everything is working great and my C-tek is charging the battery etc.

Down the line I will add an inverter and get a main hook up point added.For now i have just 12v set up.
