Fuse box wiring

I am trying to wire in a basic tap pump.
I thought I wired it all correctly and then it didn’t work. Looking at the fuse box, this is what I see.
Do I need a new blade in the one with the light on? Could this be the reason the tap is not working??

Thanks. And does the colour of the blade matter?

Yes it does, it should be rated to, or just above what it says on the pump.
