Front Fog Lights When Turning

Using Carista I have changed mine so the DRL switches off when that side turning light is on.

I did the same, and I activated "Scandinavian DRL's so that the tail lights were permanently on.

I very curious why? Is it because you can?

Makes your indicators more visible to oncoming traffic.
My Golf R does this as standard but my T6 didn't.

I like the idea of turning drl off when indicating makes it much more visible.
I was thinking of building something to do exactly this for our t5.1 as I bet it's not an option on that .

I've got these in a 2001 Passat. They replace the indicator bulbs and take a DRL feed, so are white when running, then flash amber to indicate. The bulb fitting is a rubber cone, so will fit securely in most bulb holders. On the T5.1 you could fit them in the DRL light chambers and use those as your indicator instead of the factory location.
