Front Bench Seat Won't click in now, broken plastic parts

First one of the clips has broken, they seem really fragile and always coming off. Can see the part number of that one, so should be easy to find. However the plastic parts are also broken and I've lost them, that sit in the hole shown, so now the bench won't clip in anymore, does anyone know the part for this please? Cheers.

Folding back seat down or the lifting base up seat

Just had a look at mine , metal springs held in by plastic plates that sit in a recess both sides of the hole, difficult to see any part numbers

Does anyone know how to fit this, got the parts it appears to slide in fit from the underside, but can’t see how this fits without brute force
