Found a van - Could this be the one?

Thanks everyone for your comments. You confirmed my gut feelings about this van. Time to jog on with my search 😊
Good move. Budget depending I would always prioritise a well looked after maintained van over one with a better spec or the colour you really want etc.

You don’t want to plough £££ into a van converting it when it’s a dog under the bonnet from poor previous ownership, and no oil change for 36k miles doesn’t get much worse than that in terms of maintenance.

Good luck with the search!

Thanks Voodoo_Pirate, thats great advice. The base van has to be right, its so true. I've my local VW dealership on the hunt for me and I've told them it has to be a well maintained van with a credible FSH otherwise I'm not interested and what my non negotiables are: LWB, DSG & tailgate. Lets see how they do 😉

I just paid significantly less for a 2021 panel van, granted it has 100k and is a 6 speed manual. But its a Highline and has a glazed tailgate and twin sliding doors, and is in great condition with a huge history file. Not trying to annoy you just trying to offer some kind of a guide.
