Ford Tourneo \ VW VCDS compatiblity

Hi folks, does anyone know if a 2023 Ford Tourneo can be scanned with VCDS?

I believe Tourneo's are assembled by VW. Upon lifting the bonnet there are many parts with WV branding \ labels attached.
Just wondering if the electronic modules are using the same firmware or if Ford and VW are programmed with manufacturer specific stuff.

Also what about the new Transit - transporter? Does VCDS work with the VW variant?

Why not plug one in an find out? I'd hazard a guess it'll work, but maybe not on all modules

Morning folks, many thanks for the replies.
Ultimately I will have to try it I think.

The vehicle in question is a wheelchair adapted mobility car that my partner drives at work.
[Doesn't belong to us].
It has an intermittant problem with the radio \ head unit where it seems to turn off.
This then stops all the touch screen controls working, heater etc.
The young disabled lad likes to listen to the radio!
After an ignition cycle it then works again.

The main dealers have looked a few times but not got to the bottom of it.
Apperently they are awaiting a new module to fit.
From Ross Tech link above it seems quite likely I can scan it.
