Fogstar flat and won’t take charge

Hi, I’ve just swapped out my agm for a 100ah Fogstar drift, all was looking good, charging with ctek and Fogstar mains charger. I ran the Fogstar to flat as suggested to calibrate the bms but not it doesn’t appear to be charging and I can’t find the bms in the app

I read somewhere on here that I may need to leave it plugged in from 24hrs, does this sound right?

Ment to be heading off in the van from a month tomorrow but carnt go before I get this working, any advice greatly appreciated

Just turned the charger off and measured the voltage, seems to up from to 10.2v now from 0.2 yesterday, will leave it plugged in and see what happens
