Foam behind front bumper?

Hit a flooded part of a road today in the dark, lost my splitter - but trying to figure out if this foam (pictured is meant to be here??

Feels like it wasn’t there before so may have been dislodged - can anyone confirm where it’s meant to be living?

Looks like foam part between the radiator and the undertray that has been dislocated from its fixings

I managed to track down the coding and turns out its a brace between the crash bar and bumper - had been forced upward by the water - a good boot and it's back where it is.

Get to fit a new splitter tomorrow - great fun.
