Floor bracket locking hook latches

Hi all, in a T6 LWB shuttle, I've removed the middle row of seats and plan to have a cupboard that can attach to the existing unused floor seat brackets.

I would like this to be semi permanent, ideally locked/attached to the floor brackets when in motion and be able to unclip remove the cupboard when needed.

Is there a locking type of latch hook hardware that can be used for this?

Anyone know where you could source the j bolts shown below.

A quick Google turns up M6 J bolts in the region of £0.23 inc VAT each, so yes £15 for 2 is quite steep!

M6 x 60mm J Bolts (Hook Bolts) And Nuts for example

The expensive bit seems to be the T-Knob at a staggering £0.68 inc VAT each... T Grip with an M6 Female Thread for example
