Floor bolts protruding out of Cali rails

Can anyone tell me how to remove the 2 bolts in the floor as pictured please, I found them after buying the Caravelle second hand. Don’t know why they are there or how to remove them. Appreciate some advice, they seem pretty solid.

Take the seats out and remove the aluminium covers, should give you a better idea of what you are doing

They are either fixed or wedged together.

When I try it moves the other one. Like they are connected with a plate underneath.

Try spraying a little wd40 on them.

Only thing to do then is what @BognorMotors said, seats out and maybe see if you can take it out where the plastic cover comes off for getting the seats out.

The aluminium rail covers come off which will give you full access

It’s the only photo I could find but it’ll give you an idea of how the rail looks underneath

Probably part of a fridge tie down kit or similar. Can't remember if there are fasteners under the rear tie down to remove it or if you need to slide the whole bench forwards and off the rails as said above (it's heavy!).

Thanks all for the advice, I took the seats out and managed to slide the offending bolts out all the way to the front. It turned out to be a piece of bar with two bolts welded to it, must have been made to secure something.
