Flight case cooker pod

Anyone built a completely self contained cooker pod in a flight case? I have a Smev 9222 sink and twin burner, thinking of putting it in a flight case ... Battery for the tap, fresh water and waste water containers, gas bottle, nothing else.

The SMEV 9222 is quite big though, wish I'd bought the smaller 9722.

Progress so far.

£100 flight case, stripping the foam padding out was a nightmare.
£6 spray glue.
£0 Stretch carpet left over from T5 carpeting.

Carpet was a bit of a nightmare, great for moulding around bodywork, horrible if it's just a rectangular surface. It's good enough. For anyone trying similar don't coat the surface you're trying to stick to AND the carpet, just the surface.

Oh, and finding a second hand flight case of just the right size is difficult so my SMEV 9222 is going to be a tight fit.

Flight case is heavy, so moving it around (getting it out of the van) will be a 2 person job really ...

It's nearly there. Need another water thing for waste and a battery for the tap, then some partitioning to stop things moving about.

Battery will be a little motorbike battery I guess, not sure how big it needs to be ... 10Ah should be plenty you think?
