Flies in rear light units

My 2023 T6.1 rear led light lenses are both infested with hundreds of small flies inside the units
I have removed them from the vehicle but cannot find a way to get inside to remove the flies I have tried a vacuum cleaner on one of the two rear plugged holes on the rear of the units having removed the plugs but to no avail
Has anyone else had this with led light lenses and managed to sort it ?
If it had bulbs I could have removed them all and flushed out with hot soapy water

Have you tried coaxing them out with a piece of fruit? Not sure filling the lights up with soapy water is going to do the leds any good. And I’m sure a main dealership will probably charge per fly for removal.

Or placing a lit bulb near the access hole to draw them out maybe ? ....a bulb ..next to a soft fruit ? 🤔

Are they alive or dead ?
If alive, can you squirt some fly spray in ?
Leave a couple of days and suck out with a hoover nozzle
