Hello, I've tried to install a multifunctional steering wheel and bought a coding dongle from kufatec. After installing the wheel and using the coding dongle all faults occured. My cruise control doesnt work anymore and my horn doesnt work anymore and my start stop system.. The coding dongle changed the bytes i think off the long coding. Can someone help me with this, I've made an obd scan off the van and this is what came out.

You’ve changed the airbag loom and added the extra wires from the clock spring to the BCM and ignition live?

No i didnt do that yet. I just put the new loom without adding extra wires. But its programmed like it has. I just want to put back everything to normal. I already have the normal steering wheel on it with the normal loom but the errors are still there because the coding dongle changed everything.

To get rid of the error you would need to put the coding back to original or complete the installation of the wheel.

How can i put the coding back to original? I dont have the old codes or something. Thats the problem im having now if someone could help me with these codes i would be more than happy.

I’d speak to kufatec. Those dongles can be updated via USB, maybe they can supply a firmware for the dongle that can remove the coding it’s added. Failing that VCDS could reverse the changes. You don’t need the original coding, it’s just a couple of boxes to un-tick.
