fault codes intermittent

Intermittent Fault Codes caused by mice.
Where is the most likely place to find mice damage to the can bus wiring?
Eighteen months ago we had at least 4 mice setting up home in our converted T6 LWB camper. The main area they used was behind the passenger sliding door to rear corner.
Obviously they could have been anywhere but this area is where the kitchen unit is situated so ideal for them.
The fault codes have become more frequent as time passes so i suspect moisture ingress to the damaged area.
I can clear the faults and the fault may not come back for a hundred or a thousand miles.
Obviously intermittent faults are the worst but with the added complication of campervan conversion makes it a bit of a nightware.
Please, any help would be welcome.

Thank you for replying
The codes are
Can network gateway 01336 can bus no signal comm
ABS C101C01 left wheel speed sensor
ABS C101D01 right wheel speed sensor
Instrument Cluster U112100 data missing message
Infotainment Cluster U112100 data missing message, no communication
U111100 function restrictions missing message
Central Electonics 01758 brake light bulbs open circuit
05257 manufacturing specific code
13811 same

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Are you about this? Are the codes from Carista?
13811 same
13811 - Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor; B1 S3
Well, I'm suspecting 05257 is actually engine fault "5257 - Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor; B1 S3 - Malfunction". If so it would need immediate repair as the fault would likely inhibits DPF regen.
Also "5257 - Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor; B1 S3 - Range/performance"

ABS C101C01 left wheel speed sensor
ABS C101D01 right wheel speed sensor
I think the ABS faults in rear sensors need to be resolved next. Missing speed data surely can confuse other modules.

Instrument Cluster U112100 data missing message
Infotainment Cluster U112100 data missing message, no communication
U111100 function restrictions missing message
To understand the above codes a proper scan tool is needed. Besides the codes itself with a proper tool can be extracted which message from which controller. Anyways, most likely here the missing message refers to ABS.

Can network gateway 01336 can bus no signal comm
Convenience CAN bus is faulty - possibly related to your radio issue - is it OEM VW?

Thanks for the detailed reply. As I mentioned before I find it odd that all these faults have developed quite recently.
I also know a garage will charge £1000s changing all the parts in the hope it fixes the problem.
I am about to buy a Ross Tech Hex V2 To delve deeper into the problem. The Carista is extremely limited.
In your experience is the Ross Tech a good VCDS?

Didn't want to start a new thread.....anyone know what's going on here?I clear everything and it's good for months...then this comes up.

What is your battery condition like? Quite often you get a multitude of faults when the battery needs replacing.

Put a new one in about a month ago.........It's running great, but this engine fault just keeps coming up?

I am still trying to figure my multi faults out.
Getting complete wiring diagrams has been a nightmare.
It all seems to be related to can bus faults but on different can buses.
I am beginning to suspect the bcm which is also the can bus gateway.
Fortunately the van runs great except for the fault codes

That could be the problem! It doesnt get used regulary,so sometimes the battery is pretty Low.......bought a battery monitor which sends the charge state to my phone.Hopefully it's just that! Cheers for the advice!

Please post full VCDS Auto-Scan (either Copy - Paste, or, Save into a file and attach the file)
