Fancy lining your van yourself?

Obviously at Slidepods we go to a lot of trouble to achieve a perfect finish when we line vans out and as traders we have the ability to test out materials and manufacturing techniques that to others would be prohibitively time consuming and expensive for example cutting birch ply panels on a CNC just isn't something the average self-converter can do. That said I would like to put together a guide for self converters to achieve an individual, and cost effective way of lining vans to a good standard. Sadly I don't have time to do this but maybe you do??? My proposal is to somebody who wishes to travel (or lives locally) to our workshops and would like to line their own van, I will point you in the direction of all the products you need to do this and give up my time to provide guidance where necessary. In exchange that person must document their works in great detail on the forum so others may benefit from the help I have given.
This must include detailed photos, links and reviews of all products used, detailed descriptions of how all works were carried out and of course a very detailed break down of the cost at the end.

Anybody interested????

Nice idea, a refreshing view, and one Id offer to do or help anybody else doing if I were nearer

@slidepods that is an amazing offer and I would like to thank you. Unfortunately it is not something I'll be able to take you up on as I am too far away. But none the less really courteous of you to support our merry band.
Just a thought, it may be worth modifying as to being open to VIP members to ensure those that access your kindness have an affinity to the forum?

I'm down with that.

Ha! ;) I visited a few converters but none came up to your level of attention to detail. That's why my van is sat in your workshop
(Thanks for talking me through the bits & pieces this morning.)

What's that from, a viagra advert?

Seriously, having just lined my van finding any sort of real guide was impossible, much of it I made up myself. Having a guide like this would be a huge help to anyone converting a van themselves, it's possibly the biggest obstacle on that path that I encountered
Jeez, if yours looks like that get to a Dr quick, you've snapped it in half.
