Can anyone guide me through this lot , need to start disconnecting bits to Install new lithium battery , dcdc etc .

Not sure what the smaller positive cable on the 60amp yellow fuse is ? runs off into a loom .

@Brennanpj The wire from the 60A fuse is SG2 and the cable will go off to feed a few of the fuses in Fuse block H which is the one at the front of the passenger seat running in front of the split charge relay. On my T6.1 all the 12V sockets originally ran off the factory leisure and were fused there.

@Brennanpj Yes to connect to, but the way the factory battery mounted fuse block assembly is designed (Fuse block G), you'll probably end up not being able to use it when you change your battery to lithium as the battery connections will likely be different. I discarded mine entirely when I upgraded.

Are you able to advise on this . The red 10amp fuse in the small block is fed from the factory leisure fuse board with the yellow 20amp fuse . The 645 IMG_2086.webp thing is puzzling me as I have no idea about it ! ? Do you know if these can all be cut out . New dc/dc & 12v fuse board to go back in . Just started removing what I can & understand it all ! IMG_2086.webp

@Brennanpj You’ll need to keep all the fuses and relay (645).
From memory the 20A is for the 12V sockets (just remove it to confirm)
The 10A, not sure, but it’ll be required, as will the relay.
What I did was replace the factory fuse blocks with my own smaller fuse holders, so I could mount them more conveniently.
I also utilised the original plastic mount and cut it up to make smaller mounts so I could relocate the relay and all the seat connectors. Take all the tape off the loom and you’ll see more easily.

Thanks @EAN , you’re correct the 20amp is the 12v sockets in the cab . I’d better leave it alone then . I don’t want to upset anything .
I will try and re wire the 12v sockets to my new fuse board as you have and try and tuck the relay somewhere. Very tight for space under there .

Tidy job , I have the Roamer 160 on its side . I’m trying to fit Orion dc , ablemail trickle charger . Fuse boards etc but the problem I have is I could do with getting my amplifier in there also . I’ve made a start now so need make it work.
