Exiting wires through carpeted ply

So a very quick and hopefully easy answered question that i cant seem to see an answer (and certainly not a picture) but please prove me wrong.

I have a 100ah agm battery under the drivers seat with victron dc charger. I want to get wires for the fridge and fuse box from the passenger seat to a stand alone kitchen unit behind driver seat approx 1m long. I also want to wire cables form the solar and 240v battery charger from the kitchen back into the passenger seat. I have started by running these through the A pillar and the hole behind the seatbelt mechanism but how do you get them out of the panel. The van is about to be ply lined and carpeted so i need to have the wires pre-ran before this.

My though so far is to drill a single hole big enough in the ply and ask them to carpet around this?

Is there a more elegant solution or am i massively over thinking this?

Thanks

The OEM wiring from the front to the back runs in dedicated channels up the passenger A pillar through a gap in the bulkhead and into the back above the roof lining.

Thank you for your reply, I’m happy with where I am running the wires, it’s more how to exit them from behind the ply and into where the kitchen area will be
(Looking back I see my OP was a bit of a ramble)
Thanks

That is exactly how I did my van - ran the cables, carpeted most of it, made holes in the panels where the wires exited into the van living space, carpeted these (lining the holes with carpet), fed the wires through and fitted the panels.

All the cables came out behind furniture etc so can’t be seen, but even if they could it looks neat enough to me.
