hi when using google maps on my phone i can not get any volume without connecting to media
so basically i can not listen to radio with google maps on my phone
how can i sort this

Check the volume of your nav announcements. I take it this is happening when using app connect?

yes when using the google maps app
have checked the volume
basically plays my music and sat nav in media mode
but wont play sat nav in radio mode

It’s nav volume you need to check.

Just about to ask this very same question.
When listening to radio the nav instructions don’t even come out of the phone.
Press the media button, and Hey presto, instructions over the stereo.
Checked volume, any ideas?
