Ex AA No steering wheel radio controls

Good Evening
New member here, I've recently bought an ex AA 2019 T6, 150, 6speed
It has original stereo and steering wheel, i have no controls working on the steering wheel, cant answer the phone, change the volume etc
Does anybody have any ideas? Maybe a fuse or something disconnected amongst the AA nest of wires?

Do the non media controls work - like horn buttons?

If it's just the media buttons maybe search on MFSW (Multi Function Steering Wheel) as it's a popular retrofit action and one of those threads might give you a clue to get going?
