Evo Motion design furniture floor height

I'm trying to plan my floor, I'm pretty sure I know which units I'm going to fit which will be from Evo Motion. It says on their website that they expect 15mm floors but does anyone know where is that measured from? I'm assuming it's from the top of any 9mm packing (basically a level base).

I did email them, but like so many suppliers no one got back to me.

Floor Thickness???​

Do you have rails, insulation etc.. our units are cut as standard for 15mm thick floor.
How thick is your floor??

I assumed 15mm from the top of the packers. Then used 9mm ply and 5mm lvt's, perfect fit.

They have replied to me a few times yesterday about furniture - hoping for a bit more info off them.

I have noticed with ALOT of companies in the campervan game that they never get back... it's really annoying.

When I used Evo Motion units in my T5.1, I laid 12mm ply over 9mm packers with 2mm Altro flooring....... so about 14-15mm.

Yes me too, I expect these companies are busy this time of year and generally prefer dealing with businesses rather than consumers directly. I expect 99% of the time they are asked the same questions over and over.
