U1400 00 - Function Restricted due to Insufficient Voltage

Flat battery? Something not working? Any dash warning lights? Which controller threw the code? Does the code clear?

Think it's because I replaced battery last week

I think we need more data - a full scan from VCDS, OBDeleven, Carista, etc. would be helpful.
