EML Light with adblue issue.

Help peeps. Adblue warning came on suddenly when wife driving. No countdown warnings. Went and bought Adblue and topped up. Reset but no start. VW assist came and told her it was an ‘Adblue micro switch fault’ but didn’t give her a report. The van was recovered from Wales to a local indie in Manchester. Of course it started and ran fine, 6500 miles on adblu range. Only fault on scan was fuel pressure rail that’s been there for a while. They said drive it and see what happens. Roll on 2 weeks. Van been sat on drive with little use so thought I’d take it for a run. EML came on straight away so I scanned it. Could someone clever have a look and advise me please?

Emission light is on because of this below

A wiring problem? Chewed/chafed wires?

A separate issue. "Open circuit" a kind of suggests a wiring problem. However, at the time of fault code reading, the fault was not active (not confirmed).
