Hello
Newbie looking for some advise please as I've had to head home from up north due to elec issues. Have a T6 2017 plate, professional conversion (previous owner bought it from camper co already converted) Electric set up is a Sargent ec155 psu with ec50 panel. Leisure battery is yuasa l36-agm. Has a split charge relay and a solar panel (mppt 100 1 20). After poking about a bit i have noticed the inline fuse holder looks 'smoked' (pic attached) but fuse looks to be in tact -.honestly no idea if I bought it like but would hope habcheck (Nov 25) would have noticed this. I.checked all fuses and the 20a fuse for the van battery had blown (have replaced). Seems to empty lesuire battery when starting up diesel heater - turned engine over to help with this (as advised by habcheck) but didn't work this time....couldnt get anything from the leisure battery after this (wasn't on ehu) and it was a brisk night during storm dave. Seemed to have power for the lights and an external fridge (12v plug in) the next morning (solar panel I assum as sun was out.with the snow) however in the afternoon the van battery indicator lamp then came on on the dash (van was idiling at the time). Unpluged fridge and restarted engine -.managed 3hr drive home without turning anything on (radio.etc) and van battery light didnt come back on dash. Checked both battery's in the morning with multimeter and van at 12.3 rest / 13.9 engine on and leisure 12.8. Google is freaking me out abit tbh - I was going to use the van next cpl days (but not use any electrics) but now reading online im worried the van at risk of going up in flames even if i just drive it, or let the solar panel charge the leisure battery. Any ideas/thoughts.....and how worried should i be? Thank you for reading this very long post and sorry if its a bit stupid - I'm new to this having only hired cv's previously and learning as i go.but i.find20260405_125108.webp this forum v.
