Quick question: Does a T6 Highline come with electric folding mirrors as standard? Cant seem to find this out online.... Cheers

On the new my18 variant, if you opt for the optional extra of power folding mirrors, then they will also fold on the remote locking.

Thanks all. Dont have it on my one after all. Any idea about after market cost to install them? I'm too lazy to look it up.....

Hi all, can a Euro 6 with Power folding mirrors be recoded to fold when you lock on fob? Mine only fold when button is turned:-/ thanks

I think, at the moment it depends on whether you have Model R or Q door modules. R, your in luck

It would seem not. The euro 5 comes with L-modules on the door windows, the Euro 6 comes with Q-modules. The adaptation coding via VCDS doesn’t work the same to amend this.
There is a lot of information about this here:-
Auto Electric Wing Mirrors

All that said, is your euro 6 an MY18 variant or MY17? If it is an 18 then it does it without any recoding necessary, just Press and hold the lock button on the remote for about 3-5 seconds.

@StudleyGlass fitted a small control box to his that came from the Far East, which does the same thing, as he has a Euro6 pre MY18 with Q-modules.

You will undoubtedly have an MY17 with Q-modules then. At the moment your only option is an aftermarket control box. @StudleyGlass seems to think that @Pauly may have figured out a coding adaptation to do this, but that’s the first i’ve heard. Hopefully Paul will see this and comment.

I havent figured it out but I maintain that it should be possible, I have a theory but I need to get my hands on a couple MY18 vans with factory folding mirrors to prove it one way or another then if successful should be able to apply it to MY17 vans
There is of course the chance I’m talking total crap and it will never work but I live in hope

Don't worry too much @RAP605 I have them on my van and other than the odd time I park in a space, I tend not to use them because if it rains the glass gets soaked.
