Electric Door Mirrors

Since I had my warranty replacement battery, my electric door mirrors won't fold when I hold the remote lock down.

They do fold if I use the control inside.

I've run my eye down the options and can't see anything about this............... so is this something I can reset or o I need to go back to VW ?

Mirrors wont auto fold until you reset the one touch window setting
Take window fully down and keep hold of the down button for a few extra seconds then take window fully up and keep hold of the button for few extra seconds, this resets the top and bottom limits of the windows and will give you one touch opening and closing back and in turn the mirrors should start working again

I look at the manual again today ..... i can see the resetting of the windows, but nothing seemingly related to the mirrors ...
