I went out to give my diesel heater a run as it’s been really cold here lately.
It won’t fire up and has H1 service on the screen
Any ideas guys?
Thanks.

Google says...

An Eberspacher H1 fault, often seen with codes like P00012A, means the heater isn't getting enough fuel or air, usually because of air in the fuel lines, a low fuel tank (below 25%), a fuel leak, or blockages from water/soot, requiring you to check fuel levels, prime the system, or clear fault codes via the controller to diagnose specific underlying issues like a glow plug problem or fuel blockage, says this YouTube video, Butler Technik, and this Reddit thread.

Inlet or our let for the air unlocked?

Keep trying to start it, possible air bubble in the fuel pump?

Thanks Lee
I will have another go at it tomorrow
The battery had been flat before I put it on charge not sure if that will have had anything to do with it

I thought I would update this thread for anyone else having this problem.
I sorted this very easily with the help of this utube video that I will attach a link to.
All you basically need to do is clear the H1 service fault code.
The video explains how to get into the service/workshop menu on the controller and how to delete the H1 fault code.
My diesel heater fired up first time after clearing the code.
