EBay scammers - how to report

Anyone know how to get eBay to take down a scam ad?
Can’t get in touch other than the automated system and they have done nothing?

Think it might be quite difficult as Ebay do tend to take their cut off these scams also.
Assume you have tried this page:

Yes I and also many of my friends have reported it but they don’t seem to be bothered to shut it down!
