DSG Oil service - service interval change

Hi Dave and thanks for notifying us all about this

I am currently going through a warranty claim on my gear box and they're now using this 37k as a way to reject me even though I had it done back in September when it was 40k

Theyre saying they don't know it was 40k as its only saying 37k

Do you have any physical evidence that this has changed that I can present to them and tell them to stop trying to get out of this

Yeah but it's currently in the van which is about 2 hours drive away from me
