Dsg delay when going from park to drive

Hello all, hoping for some help here, I've got a t32 dsg auto, I've had a new clutch and flywheel fitted, reconditioned the turbos, took out the DPf and had it remapped, but there is a delay when going from park to drive or reverse to drive, I've took it back to where they did the clutch and they say they can't find any problems, which I find odd, it also thuds down from 4th to 3rd, I've also had the gearbox oil changed, anyone got any ideas, it's driving me potty, I don't know what to try next.
Cheers

DSG don't have clutches on the flywheel.

They are integral into the gearbox.

If there is a delay in the DSG gearbox shifting you need to be looking at the mechtronic unit a new oil in a DSG box.

Can you get a video clip of it?

As you've had the gearbox fluid changed I'd make sure they done the adaptations as it can often thud if not done

Think theres two resets on DSG boxes, one you can do yourself in the cab and one that requires a computer
Im just walking out the door but have a google and try the diy one, it may help, think you hold a pedal down for 30 secs or something like that
