Our 2017 T32 DSG minibus is clunking when dropping or engaging drive when under load. Had it diagnosed VW and bognor motors said DMF as it was rattling. BM changed the DMF and gave it back to me. Clunk remained. Took it back BM said van was OK clunk not an issue, can't find anything. Took it back again today, 2 months later as was not satisfied and wanted a full thorough check of all the engine gearbox mounts and driveshafts to look for any drivetrain lash...nothing found and they have now said they think it's the clutch packs......but they don't have the expertise to change the clutch packs.....
So I'm nearly £2000 lighter..and no fix(apart from the DMF rattle). So what do I do? Any advice here to get this thing finally fixed, I would very greatly appreciate it!
