Doors locking/unlocking when driving

The last two times I've taken the van out all the doors unlock/lock after you've gone below a certain speed ie driving at 40 come to a stop/slow crawl (cant remember what speed its set to lock them poss 10mph) unlock/lock..this happens for the whole journey.

Any ideas?

Could it be that one of the door solenoids has failed. When that happens the doors unlock immediately after you lock them.
Then, because you’ve got the auto lock function activated, every time you’ve dropped below 15 and you speed up again the van auto locks/immediately unlocks and the cycle begins again.

Sounds like a faulty door latch or the micro switch inside it. Either way it could do with being plugged in for diagnostics buddy

Dragging up an old thread ....
Just been out in our van ,auto locks (anti hijack?) Etc as normal.
Stopped and took the dog a walk and returned to the van , when I pulled away the doors self locked as normal but then unlocked immediately and the lock button on the door doesn't work anymore .
As soon as I slow to below 10-15mph door locks do their merry dance again trying to lock / unlock

Anyone in Somerset got vcds so it can be interrogate to see what's happening please ?

That will be a sticking or failed actuator. I've had exactly that on the Skoda. Drives you daft in traffic every time you slow and speed up they all lock then immediately unlock.
You can try some plus gas or similar through the side of the actuator - fixed mine for about a week.
Bought a second hand one off ebay from a VAG breakers in the end.

I've just fixed mine with the same issue, it was the sliding door lock mechanism.
It could be any of the doors really but from looking online most others have been the sliding door too. Mine actually wouldn't unlock a few times and then a VCDS scan confirmed it was giving issues

Used the van over the last couple of days and sometimes it's OK, other times not ...and yes it does get right on your tits in traffic 😖.
It seems (I think) to be related to the drivers door and whether its been opened or not so gonna inspect the wiring through the elephants trunk first .
I have a new door lock to go in if needed after that .
