Has anyone had any dealings with these guys? DMS Automotive - The Ultimate in Performance Upgrades
I've been in communication with a chap called Tony about mapping my T6.
They can push my van safely from 204 up to 242hp and 392lb.ft
I'm fully aware of all the other usual companies that can carry out this work, but these guys came directly from a personal recommendation off a mate who runs a Bentley specialist garage, and I trust his opinion. Plus he knows I like to use as good as I can get available.
I'm not looking for the opinions on why I shouldn't carry out this mod, because it's something I personally feel the 204 needs to get the most out of this lump, and there are issues that I feel can be ironed out with a tweek here and there.
They will also update the DSG software for the price.
These guys are certainly not cheap, but within the cost I get 3 years unlimited callouts to reinstall the software if it's overwritten by the main dealer, plus they will come out and remove it if it's going into the dealers for any potential issues, so not to provoke any questioning by VW.
I've requested we carry out this upgrade after i've done a few more miles incase I do have any issues, which they are just sorting out a date for beginning of next year.
